With 20+ years of experience developing quarterbacks and wide receivers, he helps athletes elevate their performance on and off the field. Steve specializes in pre-game preparation, film analysis, and building strategic, results-driven offensive game plans in collaboration with coaching staff.
Steve is committed to mentoring players and maximizing their potential on and off the field.
PROFESSIONAL COACHING EXPERIENCE
Armed and Dangerous Football - Anaheim, CA (2005-Present)
- Founder, President and CEO of SoCal-based football camp specializing in quarterback and wide receiver training
- Diagnose quarterback throwing mechanics, accuracy, release, pre-snap reads, and pocket presence
- Analyze wide-receiver route running, catching, blocking, separation, acceleration and overall agility skills

Peacock’s Sunday Night Football Final
During Snoop Dogg’s time on Peacock’s Sunday Night Football Final (around 2021–2022), I had the opportunity to serve as a producer for his segments. I used my football expertise to prep guests, break down film, and walk the team through the X’s and O’s so the on-air discussion hit the right points.
Working alongside Snoop, Von Miller, and the rest of the crew gave me a front-row seat to some incredible NFL moments and allowed me to contribute behind the scenes to a show that blended football insight with Snoop’s signature style and personality.
